Oracle ERP Cloud localizations by country

Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP documents country-specific financial features for a core set of markets — deep coverage across France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Israel, Norway, Poland, Turkey, and the UK in Europe, a handful of countries in the Americas and Asia-Pacific, and thin, generic-EU-only treatment or no documented coverage at all in the other markets tracked here. E-invoicing support is split by market: a finance team in some countries generates and routes invoices through infrastructure built into the product, while in others (Mexico, Brazil, Taiwan, China, and inbound Peppol receipt in several European markets plus Australia) the certification or transmission step runs through a named external provider a buyer contracts separately. Payroll isn't part of this product; where it's documented at all, it runs through the separate Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Global Payroll product, which covers a smaller and only partly overlapping set of countries. Oracle doesn't publish an overall country count for Cloud ERP, so buyers should size coverage market by market rather than against a headline number.

Country-by-country coverage

Every country Oracle ERP Cloud documents, and what is actually covered in each — statutory reporting, e-invoicing, tax determination and payroll are four separate questions and a product can be strong on one and absent on another.

Oracle ERP Cloud localization FAQ

How many countries does Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP support?

Oracle doesn't publish a single supported-country count for Cloud ERP the way it does for language support (30 languages). The closest published figure is a set of roughly two dozen countries with a dedicated localization write-up in the material reviewed here, and coverage is tracked market by market below rather than reduced to a headline number.

Is e-invoicing included, or handled by a partner?

It depends on the market. In France and India, a finance team generates and routes invoices through infrastructure built into the product, connecting to the government-mandated exchange platform. In Mexico, Brazil, Taiwan, and China, the actual certification or transmission step is documented as running through a named external provider rather than a direct government connection. In several other European markets plus Australia, only inbound receipt of supplier invoices over the Peppol network is documented, again through a named partner.

Does Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP run payroll?

Not on its own. Payroll runs through the separate Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Global Payroll product, which connects back to the ERP rather than running inside it. Oracle documents a dedicated implementation guide for payroll in only a handful of countries (including Canada, China, India, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the UK, and the US), a smaller list than the countries tracked here, so a buyer evaluating payroll should scope that product separately rather than assume it follows ERP coverage.

Is US sales tax calculated automatically?

Yes, but sales and use tax content for the US is normally supplied by a tax partner embedded in the product rather than maintained independently — the same pattern most large ERPs use given how fragmented US jurisdictional tax rules are. Year-end 1099 reporting, by contrast, is built in with no extra configuration.

Which countries get the deepest coverage?

France, Italy, Spain, Israel, Poland, and India have the most detailed documentation — statutory reports, tax calculation logic, and (for France and India) built-in e-invoicing infrastructure. Mexico, Brazil, China, and Taiwan also have real, well-documented e-invoicing coverage, though each depends on a named external provider for the government-facing step.

What happens in a market with no documented coverage?

A country left off this page, or shown with mostly unresolved dimensions, isn't necessarily unsupported — it means no country-specific statutory, tax, or e-invoicing feature was found in the material reviewed for that market at the time of this research. A buyer evaluating one of these markets should ask Oracle directly rather than assume either a yes or a no.

Does Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP handle Poland's KSeF or Spain's Veri*factu mandate?

Only partially, and worth confirming directly before a deal closes. For Poland, the standard tax-file extract can carry the clearance number a cleared invoice receives back from the national platform, but generating and transmitting invoices through that platform isn't documented as a built-in flow. For Spain, no dedicated feature addressing the Veri*factu invoicing-software requirement was found in the material reviewed here, despite its 2026 rollout.

How current is this coverage data?

This coverage reflects the material reviewed in August 2026, current through the 26C release cycle. Country-specific and mandate-specific features change frequently — a buyer close to a purchase decision should verify the current state directly with Oracle for any market that's central to the deal.
