Overview
Chaser is a cloud-based accounts receivable automation and credit control platform aimed at small and mid-market businesses looking to reduce late payments and improve cash flow. It automates the manual, repetitive work of chasing unpaid invoices -- reminder emails, SMS, letters and calls -- while giving finance teams a real-time view of who owes what and how likely they are to pay on time.
The platform layers credit risk monitoring, payer scoring and cash flow/receivables forecasting on top of its chasing automation, and offers a customer-facing payment portal to make it easier for debtors to settle invoices. For businesses that want the chasing done for them, Chaser also sells "Chaser Care," a done-for-you service where a dedicated AR specialist runs the follow-ups and dispute handling.
Chaser connects to accounting and ERP systems via two-way, hourly/on-demand syncing native connectors (Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage products, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Odoo, AccountsIQ and others), a CSV import tool for systems without a native connector, and its own API for custom connections.
