Overview
AutoRek is a reconciliation and financial-controls platform built for regulated financial services firms rather than for general corporate ERP users. It automates bank, cash, securities, and transaction reconciliations, and layers on data management, financial controls and regulatory reporting so finance and compliance teams can replace spreadsheet-based matching with a rules-driven engine. The company is registered in Scotland and headquartered in Glasgow, with additional UK offices in Edinburgh and London and US offices in New York and Miami.
The platform ingests data in any format from APIs, SWIFT, ISO messages and file uploads, validates and enriches it, then runs configurable matching rules across account, bank, credit card, POS/gateway, balance sheet, supplier statement, scheme settlement, wallet balance, positions, fixed assets, cashflow, interchange fee and merchant bank reconciliations. On top of core reconciliation, AutoRek sells purpose-built modules: AutoRek ARIA (an explainable-AI layer for matching suggestions, anomaly analysis and exception prioritisation), AutoRek MION (reconciliation for crypto and multi-blockchain transactions with matching to 18 decimal places), and RegToolKit (a regulatory rulebook, risk-and-control mapping and breach-register tool built around the FCA's CASS 10/10A resolution pack).
AutoRek targets asset management, banking, insurance and payments firms, with named use cases including CASS client-money reconciliation, FCA safeguarding for e-money and Banking-as-a-Service firms, IBA/MGA insurance broker accounting, and securities and cash reconciliation for asset managers. It is a longstanding Microsoft partner, runs natively on Azure, and holds ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 1 accreditations.
