Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
As described in Section 5A of our Privacy Policy, when you submit an enquiry expressing ERP buying interest (a quote, demo, pricing, or partner-match request, or a gated resource download), ERP Research may share your contact and company details with relevant ERP implementation partners, including partners who pay us for introductions. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) this may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and you have the right to opt out.
How to opt out
Email privacy@erpresearch.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" from the email address you used on our forms. No account, verification documents, or explanation are required.
Once we receive your request, we will:
- Stop sharing your personal information with implementation partners from that point on, including removing your details from any lead listings not yet purchased by a partner;
- Confirm completion by email within 15 business days, as required by the CCPA/CPRA.
Opting out does not affect enquiries a partner has already received — that partner processes your details under its own privacy policy — but we will tell you, on request, which partners (if any) have received your information so you can contact them directly.
Other rights
You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time — see Sections 7 and 8 of the Privacy Policy. We will never discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
