Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

As described in Section 5A of our Privacy Policy, when you submit an enquiry expressing ERP buying interest (a quote, demo, pricing, or partner-match request, or a gated resource download), ERP Research may share your contact and company details with relevant ERP implementation partners, including partners who pay us for introductions. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) this may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and you have the right to opt out.

When we receive your request, we:
- Stop sharing your personal information with implementation partners from that point on, including withdrawing your details from any lead listing a partner has not already purchased;
- Email you a confirmation — immediately for a request made through the form above, and in every case well inside the 15 business days the CCPA/CPRA allows.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out request for any enquiry you submit while it is switched on: that submission is recorded as do-not-sell and never enters the lead marketplace. You do not need to fill in the form as well, though doing so also covers enquiries you made earlier.
Opting out does not affect enquiries a partner has already received — that partner processes your details under its own privacy policy — but we will tell you, on request, which partners (if any) have received your information so you can contact them directly.
Other rights
You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time — see Sections 7 and 8 of the Privacy Policy. We will never discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
