Workday Partners: The Full Directory
Workday partners are firms certified by Workday to advise on, deploy, integrate, and support its cloud HCM, Financial Management, and Adaptive Planning applications. Workday organises them into three broad roles: Advisory Partners (strategy, readiness, and selection), Services Partners (configuration, integration, data migration, and go-live), and BPaaS / AMS partners (running payroll and administrative processes, or supporting the tenant after launch).
Updated July 2026. Independent and vendor-neutral — no firm pays for placement in this directory.

Workday Partner Directory
Every firm below is listed with the partner role it is known for, its main specialism, and the region where it has the strongest presence. Firms are listed alphabetically by partner type — this is a directory, not a ranking.
| Firm | Partner Tier / Role | Specialism | Region |
|---|---|---|---|
| Deloitte | Advisory & Services Partner | Enterprise HCM + Financials, finance and HR transformation | Global |
| KPMG | Advisory & Services Partner | Finance transformation, controllership and close | Global |
| Accenture | Services Partner | Large-scale, multi-country deployments; industry practices | Global |
| PwC | Services Partner | Advisory-led design, target operating model | Global |
| Cognizant | Services Partner | Workday deployment depth (Collaborative Solutions) plus global AMS | Global |
| Slalom | Services Partner | Mid-market deployments with local, senior teams | US |
| Huron | Services Partner | Higher education and healthcare | US |
| Hexaware | Services Partner (AMS) | Application management, optimisation, release support | Global |
| Kainos | Deployment, testing & AMS | Automated Workday testing (Smart); tenant support | UK / EMEA |
| OneSource Virtual | BPaaS & AMS | Payroll and business-process-as-a-service | US / Global |
| Clarivos | Adaptive Planning specialist | FP&A, budgeting and forecasting | UK |
| Orchard House Solutions | Adaptive Planning specialist | Planning deployments and optimisation | UK |
UK and EMEA buyers have a genuinely strong local bench: Kainos is a UK-headquartered Workday partner best known for its automated testing tooling and application-management practice, while Clarivos and Orchard House Solutions are UK specialists in Workday Adaptive Planning. The global integrators all run substantial UK practices alongside them.
A note on accuracy. We only list firms we can support as genuine Workday partners. Our wider ERP consultant database contains many excellent business-systems consultancies whose Workday certification we have not confirmed — those firms are not listed here. If you are a certified Workday partner and want to appear, apply to be listed.
Workday Partner Tiers Explained
The single most useful filter when shortlisting is the partner role, because it tells you what a firm is actually certified and staffed to do.
| Partner type | What they do | When you need them |
|---|---|---|
| Advisory Partner | Readiness assessment, business case, operating-model design, vendor selection | Before you commit — when the decision and design matter as much as the build |
| Services Partner | Configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, go-live | The deployment itself; this is your implementation partner |
| BPaaS / AMS Partner | Managed payroll, outsourced processes, post-go-live support, release management | After launch — or permanently, if you want the process run for you |
A few large firms (Deloitte, KPMG) hold both Advisory and Services designations. Where possible, keep the two roles separate: an adviser who is not bidding for the build has no incentive to steer you towards a bigger implementation.
Workday integration partners are not a separate official tier. Integration work — connecting Workday to payroll providers, banks, benefits carriers, and existing ERP — is delivered by Services Partners, and it is one of the biggest sources of scope and cost overrun. Ask every shortlisted firm how many integrations it has built for organisations like yours.
How to Choose a Workday Partner
- Match the tier to the job. A global integrator for a multi-country HCM + Financials programme; a boutique for a focused Adaptive Planning build; an AMS provider to run the tenant afterwards.
- Check certified-consultant depth, not headcount. Workday certification is issued to individuals. Ask how many certified consultants would actually be on your project, and at what seniority.
- Demand references from comparable go-lives. Same module mix, same rough size, same industry — higher education and healthcare in particular are unforgiving verticals.
- Scope the integrations up front. Count them, name them, and price them before you sign; integrations are where fixed-price quotes quietly become time-and-materials.
- Bid every firm against the same requirements. Running a structured ERP requirements process first is the only way to compare quotes that are otherwise incomparable.
- Plan for life after go-live. Workday ships two major releases a year. Decide who owns testing and adoption before you launch, not six months after.
Many organisations use an independent ERP consultant to run a neutral selection, then hire a Services Partner to build. If you want a broader view across vendors, browse all ERP consulting firms.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are Workday partners?
Workday partners are firms certified by Workday to advise on, deploy, integrate, and support its cloud applications — HCM, Financial Management, Payroll, and Adaptive Planning. Workday runs a formal partner programme with distinct roles: Advisory Partners support strategy and selection, Services Partners deliver the implementation, and BPaaS and application-management partners run processes or support the tenant after go-live. Certification is granted to individual consultants, not just to the firm.
What services do Workday consulting firms provide?
Workday consulting firms typically cover the full lifecycle: readiness assessment and business case, module and scope definition, tenant configuration, data migration from legacy HR and finance systems, integration development to payroll providers, banks, and benefits carriers, testing, change management and training, go-live support, and ongoing application management. Some specialise narrowly — for example in Adaptive Planning, in automated testing, or in managed payroll — rather than delivering everything.
What is the difference between a Workday Advisory Partner and a Workday Services Partner?
A Workday Advisory Partner works on the early, strategic stages: assessing readiness, designing the target operating model, building the business case, and helping you choose. A Workday Services Partner is certified to deliver the deployment itself — configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and go-live. Some large firms hold both designations. Where you can, keep the roles separate so the firm advising you is not also bidding to build.
How do I choose a Workday partner?
Match the partner role to your project shape, then compare firms on certified-consultant depth on your specific team, references from comparable go-lives in your industry, integration experience, delivery model (global integrator, boutique, or AMS provider), and post-go-live support. Shortlist two or three, have them all bid against the same documented requirements, and check references directly rather than relying on the firm's case studies.
Where can I find Workday partners?
Workday maintains an official partner directory on its own site, which is the authoritative source for current certification status. This page is an independent, vendor-neutral directory of the Workday partners in our database, organised by partner tier, specialism, and region. For an editorial shortlist rather than a full list, see our ranked Top 12 Workday consulting firms. Always confirm a firm's current partner status directly with Workday before you sign.
How much does a Workday implementation partner cost?
Costs vary widely with scope, module mix, and organisation size, so treat any figure as directional. As a rough guide, a mid-market Workday implementation covering HCM and/or Financials with integrations and change management commonly lands somewhere in the region of £400,000 to £2 million in one-time services fees, on top of Workday's subscription. Focused single-module or Adaptive Planning projects can sit well below that; global, multi-entity programmes run higher.
