Solution: Huron implemented and optimised Workday Financials, Accounting Center and Prism, automated integration with more than 40 other systems, and redesigned the operating structure and cost centre hierarchy for multidimensional reporting. Manual bank reconciliation, invoice processing, asset depreciation postings and journal-entry approvals were moved onto rule-driven workflows.

Results: loanDepot reported 220% year-over-year growth supported by the new operations, 10-plus self-service reports where none existed before go-live, and 100% of power users accessing the system in the first month. The company was on track for a 40% reduction in financial close time, from an average of 10 days to six.

Solution: The university selected Workday HCM and worked with Huron for programme leadership, business process transformation direction, organisational change management, and test leadership and coordination. Huron also contributed to the design and implementation of an HR/payroll shared service centre.

Results: The implementation launched in June 2017 and reduced manual and paper processes, standardised business processes, and improved alignment with university policies and regulatory compliance. The system provides 24/7 access to information and expanded user self-service. Huron describes the university as the largest public sector institution using Workday.
