Solution: CrossVue ran the implementation from 2022 using its CrossVue Complete methodology, which pairs consultative delivery with post go-live support, change management and training. The team tested over 2,800 end-to-end scenarios, built 85 custom reports and deployed 107 integrations, supplementing VHC staff where needed.

Results: Previously manual processes are now automated, with supply chain automation giving visibility of inventory used and reorder requirements. All worker types are managed in one place, system access is driven from a single worker source, and self-service has moved routine work away from the HR, benefits and payroll team.

Solution: CrossVue demonstrated Workday configured to the nonprofit's requirements, then ran a multi-phase project deploying Workday Finance ahead of HCM, with extensive testing at each stage.

Results: Accounting and HR now run on a single cloud platform with one source for information and reporting, replacing processes previously handled in Excel or by hand. Onboarding across multiple states accounts for differing employment law and benefits rules. Optimisation of the HCM configuration continues, with Workday Help, Learn and reporting dashboards planned.

Solution: CrossVue implemented Workday across finance and HR, using Workday forms to automate tasks inside Workday (boomerang integrations) where the client required it, with scheduled working and testing sessions measured against milestones.

Results: Guest Services now runs finance and HR on one integrated system, with self-service for managers and employees, real-time reporting on demand and reduced reliance on manual spreadsheets.

Results: HR, benefits, payroll and reporting now run on one system across all offices, removing manual overrides and providing real-time data and reports. The firm plans a further phase covering Workday Recruiting, Talent and Learning.
