Overview
Replicon is a cloud time-intelligence platform for project-based businesses, covering time tracking and billing, workforce attendance and scheduling, expense tracking, and global leave management on one connected system. Founded in Calgary, Alberta in 1996, Replicon operated independently for over 25 years before being acquired by Deltek (a Roper Technologies company) in August 2023; the product continues to be sold and supported under the Replicon brand as "Deltek Replicon," positioned within Deltek's "Work Intelligence" product line alongside Deltek's own Costpoint and Vantagepoint ERPs.
The platform is built around four modules: TimeBill for project billing across fixed-bid, time-and-materials and other billing models; Workforce Management for shift scheduling, attendance and pay-rule-driven labor compliance; Expense Tracking for project expense capture and reimbursement; and Global Leave Management for policy-driven PTO administration. An AI layer called ZeroTime (powered by an orchestration engine Deltek calls Dela) auto-populates timesheet entries from more than 100 connected work applications to reduce manual data entry. Replicon reports labor-law and pay-rule coverage across 145+ jurisdictions in 75+ countries, and has FedRAMP Moderate Authorization for U.S. government use, alongside DCAA-ready time entry and FAR/DFARS-aligned workflows aimed at government contractors.
Replicon integrates with SAP, ADP, Jira, Salesforce, BambooHR, Zendesk, QuickBooks and Xero, as well as Deltek's own Costpoint and Vantagepoint ERPs, and exports reporting data to Tableau and Power BI. At the time of the Deltek acquisition, Replicon served over 2,500 B2B customers across 80+ countries with roughly 600 employees; publicly referenced customers include Capgemini, which consolidated 17+ prior applications onto the platform across 340,000 employees in 39 countries.
