Overview
ADP Workforce Now is ADP's cloud human capital management (HCM) suite for midsized and enterprise organizations, unifying payroll, HR, time & attendance, talent, and benefits administration in one platform. Customers select from tiered packages (Select, Plus, Premium), with benefits administration included from the Plus tier upward.
The benefits administration capability covers the full annual cycle: a step-by-step plan-setup wizard for configuring eligibility, contribution and cost-sharing rules; a mobile-first, AI-assisted enrollment experience (decision support powered by Nayya); open-enrollment tracking dashboards; ACA compliance tooling (1094-C/1095-C generation, eligibility and affordability calculations); and pre-built reporting on eligibility status, enrollment activity and plan summaries.
A key differentiator is ADP's carrier connectivity: ONE Carrier Connection integrates with 900+ insurance carriers and other organizations (including Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, Prudential, UnitedHealthcare and Unum) via API, passing plan setup, enrollment, life-event changes, evidence-of-insurability decisions, and bill/deduction reconciliation data bidirectionally in near real time. On the finance side, benefits deductions calculated in Workforce Now flow through ADP payroll processing and can be posted as journal entries to ERP general ledgers (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, and others) via ADP Marketplace connectors and integration partners, reducing manual reconciliation between HR/benefits and accounting.

ERP integrations
Listed on the ADP Marketplace (not Sage's own marketplace); syncs employee, timesheet and GL/job-costing data from Workforce Now to Sage Intacct.
Third-party connector by Modulus Data listed on the ADP Marketplace (not NetSuite's own SuiteApp store); posts ADP payroll journal entries into the NetSuite general ledger.
No ADP- or Intuit-published connector found; third-party iPaaS tools such as DataBlend pull payroll data from ADP after each run and create journal entries in QuickBooks.
