Yousign is a European electronic signature platform that lets businesses send, track, and collect legally binding signatures on documents online. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Caen, France, the company is a qualified trust service provider (QTSP) under the EU's eIDAS regulation, supervised by the French security agency ANSSI and listed on the European Union Trusted List. It supports the three eIDAS signature tiers — Simple (SES), Advanced (AES), and Qualified (QES) — alongside electronic seals and qualified time-stamping, and positions itself as a European alternative to global eSignature vendors with data hosted and processed within the EU.

The product is offered both as a web application for business users and as a REST API for developers who want to embed signing into their own workflows. Within the application, users upload documents (PDF, Word, Excel, Google Docs), place signature and form fields, define signer order, and send requests that are tracked with automatic reminders, status monitoring, and time-stamped audit trails. Beyond signatures, Yousign has expanded into adjacent digital-trust services including identity and document verification, company and bank-account verification, document fraud detection, and watchlist screening for KYC/AML use cases.

Yousign targets freelancers, SMBs, and mid-market organizations across sectors such as HR, real estate, finance, and banking, and reports being used by more than 30,000 European companies. Plans scale from a free tier through per-user paid tiers, with Advanced and Qualified signatures available as add-ons. The company is a certified B Corp and has announced a rebrand to Youtrust, reflecting its broader positioning as a digital-trust platform rather than a pure eSignature tool.
