Solution: Eezee-it built an Odoo platform with a customer portal for venues to register, pick a licence and pay, automated renewal alerts and billing, an integration for automated printing and mailing of confirmation letters, a sales dashboard for field reps, and campaign management linked to the Footbar app.

Results: Licence subscription, payment and renewal are centralised and automated, field sales work from prioritised lead and licence dashboards, and marketing campaigns run off the same client data. The partner reports the full solution deployed in five weeks.
