Solution: Aardug implemented Odoo company-wide with the emphasis on production, inventory management and component planning and tracing, registering serial numbers for every product and critical component using standard Odoo functionality, translating ISO 13485 requirements into the system configuration, and adding client intake, leasing, purchasing with automatic reorder advice, sales, digital invoice processing and a Vektis link for settlement with healthcare insurers.

Results: Inreda can trace exactly which components are in each device; helpdesk staff see a caller's device, software version and components immediately, speeding customer service; and the internal approval process required by ISO 13485 is set up and recorded in Odoo, with 30+ employees working in the system daily.
