Solution: 360 ERP built out an Odoo system covering sales, purchasing, inventory, subscription management, project management and six integrated websites, added EDI links to manufacturers and 3PL partners, API integrations with the two largest suppliers, Power BI analysis, and a tracking system for Unique Document Numbers, while steering the company toward standard Odoo functionality.

Results: The supply chain is fully automated from order to invoicing, the webshop and website share one data source, document traceability meets compliance needs for freight documents and certificates, and biennial upgrades on a fixed budget keep the platform current — with the license recently extended for five years.

Solution: 360 ERP implemented Odoo as the finance and inventory core, built its own integration layer between Shopify, the payment service providers and Odoo (replacing earlier middleware), and configured automatic payment reconciliation with matching codes aligned across Shopify and the PSPs.

Results: Orders now flow from Shopify into Odoo automatically with item, discount, inventory and finance data; reconciliation of hundreds of thousands of transactions is automated; the setup scales to new stores; and the company migrated to Odoo 18 after two days of on-site partner work.

Solution: After mapping its own processes department by department, the company implemented Odoo with 360 ERP in short iterations, starting with core Finance and Service processes (on 360 ERP's advice, deferring planning), then adding Projects, CRM, Subscriptions for maintenance contracts, e-Learning, and a Power BI sales dashboard combining CRM and Finance data.

Results: All departments now work in one system with owned tasks, phases and activities; project cost centers are generated automatically with real-time costs and margins; maintenance contracts are tracked in Subscriptions; and the full service flow from request to field execution runs in Odoo's Field Service app.

Solution: 360 ERP centralised product master data in Odoo, set up stock routes between stores and production sites, fully automated purchasing and replenishment including B2B sales orders, implemented a store-facing stock management module, and connected Odoo to Ace & Tate's ESB via API with integrated BI reports on stock and sales.

Results: Ace & Tate gained real-time insight into stock levels across its European stores, automatic replenishment from and toward stores and production partners, and management access to BI data for strategic decisions, supporting continued expansion across Europe.
