Solution: e-Sustavi unified procurement and sales into a single project-driven flow by fine-tuning the standard Odoo project dashboard, with no custom code, so costs post automatically to the correct project.

Results: Enpro now runs projects, sales and purchase orders and time tracking in one system and tracks project profitability and staff allocation in real time, which was not possible before. The partner puts the solution at 95% standard Odoo.

Solution: e-Sustavi implemented Accounting, Purchase, Sales and Inventory for 20 users after process workshops and master-data import, tuning goods receiving and picking for scanners and order entry for tablets, plus four customizations covering loyalty, webshop sync and e-invoicing.

Results: Stock valuation, webshop order processing, loyalty point calculation and e-invoice exchange now run automatically in one system, removing double entry and reconciliation between departments.
