Challenge: Three legal entities each ran their own ERP, website and middleware, so a product change meant three back offices, customers existed three times and stock was reconciled across three systems. The central ERP vendor then announced end of life, pulling a 2025 replacement forward.

Solution: Dynapps consolidated the three companies into one central Odoo database with intercompany flows and shared central stock, integrated all three storefronts end to end, and added DeliveryMatch for multi-carrier shipping and Multisafepay for checkout.

Results: From mid-2023 the three companies, ERPs and webshops ran on one Odoo platform serving 14 European countries from one warehouse in Veghel, processing 80-120 orders a day with scanning and inventory-location management. Master-data cleanup was the hardest part of the project.

Challenge: The operations team tracked inventory offline across fragmented tools and made purchasing decisions on instinct rather than data, while the company kept adding customers across 40 countries.

Solution: Dynapps ran a deliberately narrow scale-up implementation, moving from basic discovery straight into configuration and putting purchase, inventory, accounting and sales onto Odoo rather than over-engineering scope up front.

Results: Four Odoo modules went live together in September 2023, five months after first contact, giving operations one source for stock and open orders. Going live while still learning the system left data hygiene and process maturity to pay down afterwards.
