Dynapps

Solution: Dynapps implemented Odoo across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, logistics and inventory in a single cutover while production kept running, using standard Odoo except where medical device regulation ruled it out, with Direct Print for labelling.

Results: One label stays attached to the packaging from packing to shipment instead of being reissued at each movement, and the supply chain team has continuous visibility of stock positions rather than reconstructing them from separate records.

Solution: Cyclis chose Dynapps as integration partner in 2016 over continuing with vendor support or building internal Odoo expertise, starting with an eCommerce implementation, then adding regular on-site consultancy and splitting project and support tracks.

Results: The lease lifecycle runs in Odoo, from quotation and order tracking to invoicing, eCommerce, field service and daily theft and damage claims. Earlier custom code was progressively replaced by standard modules as Odoo evolved, and the replacement-bike fleet was delivered as a standard module.

Solution: With external adviser Brain-Storm mapping the replacement, TM Technics selected Odoo with Dynapps and kept the implementation compact: seven modules plus a custom costing tool, two functional consultants, one technical consultant, a single internal point of contact and workshops capped at three participants.

Results: Cost structures are visible when a quotation is drawn up rather than after the project closes. The family firm went live in late 2023 and, as of 2026, still runs the version it went live on with no upgrades performed.

Solution: After a 2023 Belgian acquisition brought Microsoft Business Central alongside the existing Dutch Odoo platform, 50Five standardised on Odoo with Dynapps, extending the Dutch platform to Belgium and designing it for further European rollout.

Results: Sales, CRM, purchasing, inventory, accounting, field service and helpdesk run on one Odoo platform across twelve countries, technicians work in the Odoo mobile app instead of paper work orders, and helpdesk tickets are linked to installation and maintenance history.
