Solution: The company moved to Odoo with dooIT as partner, handling much of the configuration itself, and runs Point of Sale with a payment terminal connected through the Odoo IoT app so the PIN receipt is attached to the Odoo till receipt.

Results: Subscriptions, accounting, contacts, helpdesk, purchasing, POS, sales and inventory run in one system, and monthly software cost dropped to EUR 114.80. Marketing, CRM and field service modules are configured but not yet in intensive use.

Solution: dooIT moved the company to a single Odoo database holding all financial years and legal entities, with automatic intercompany recharging between the holding and operating companies and proforma invoicing for international sales.

Results: Bookkeeping, approvals, spreadsheets, digital signing and document management sit in one system, stock is managed without the previous container-level workaround, and dropshipping, make-to-order and purchase-to-sale flows run side by side.

Solution: dooIT migrated the administration to Odoo in the cloud, holding the three entities in a single database with Odoo bank feeds retrieving transactions daily.

Results: Year-end processing runs are no longer required and the daily bank retrieval removes manual entry work, according to dooIT.

Solution: dooIT migrated the company from Visma Net to Odoo Custom, rebuilding the bookkeeping alongside project time registration across multiple companies, and adapting the invoice layout so the amount payable to the Dutch G-account is calculated and printed automatically.

Results: Hours are registered once and flow through to invoicing for both fixed-price and time-and-materials projects, manual recalculation for the G-account was removed, and dooIT reports real-time visibility of hours and costs.
