Solution: Studio73 implemented Odoo as the single ERP on a phased roadmap starting with warehouse optimisation, then sales, purchasing, administration and online channels, later extending to customer service, quality and HR. Integrations cover Amazon FBA and FBM stock, Shopify, Outvio, ShowRoomPrive and Veepee, a supplier portal for packing lists and labels, and automatic invoice upload to SII.

Results: Internal Odoo users grew from 33 in February 2024 to 72 in 2025, 23 suppliers manage their own packing lists and labels through the portal, headcount rose from 112 to 150 in a year, and the partner states warehouse throughput doubled against the previous system.

Solution: Studio73 migrated to Odoo Enterprise 17 in two phases, combining standard Odoo with OCA modules, Studio73 modules and custom development on key processes. Phase one covered manufacturing with scrap control, barcode and PDA warehouse traceability, CRM and sales with email integration, and accounting; phase two added website, e-commerce and marketing.

Results: The company runs 35 active Odoo users, migrated nine years of history without data loss, and moved to combined make-to-order and make-to-stock routes, multi-stage warehousing and stock reservations. Real-time dashboards and KPIs replaced the previous reporting.

Solution: Studio73 analysed the real processes before configuring Odoo, then went live with sales (app, B2B web and Odoo), purchasing, accounting and invoicing, and logistics and warehouse management. Later phases added CRM, a B2C site, an improved B2B interface, and connectors to Akeneo, Beezup, ManoMano, Auren and NTV-Sellforce, with on-site training before cutover.

Results: The partner reports no operational stoppages during migration, shorter picking preparation times, greater inventory reliability, real-time visibility across warehouse, accounting and sales, and fewer errors in purchasing, stock and invoicing. Only the zero-stoppage claim and the Friday-to-Monday cutover are quantified.

Solution: Studio73 stabilised the existing Odoo 14 environment, re-engineered manufacturing so that shop-floor terminals let each completed task consume material and update lead times in real time, and synchronised stock bidirectionally with Shopify so one record serves both channels. Departmental training accompanied the rollout.

Results: The before-and-after table published by the partner records manufacturing traceability moving from 0% with manual processes to 100% digitalised via real-time MRP, and inventory moving from constant discrepancy to 1:1 synchronisation with Shopify. Claims about production times and scalability remain qualitative.
