Solution: CONSENSO set up a multi-company Odoo structure for the Swiss parent and its subsidiaries as the central finance platform, with an Apache NiFi integration transferring customers, delivery addresses and sales orders from Sylius into Odoo. Sylius stays the system of record for those records while Odoo handles receivables, payables, intercompany accounting, VAT, currencies and cost accruals.

Results: The partner presents the outcomes as a target state drawn from kickoff and planning documentation rather than measured results: a central finance platform across entities, less manual transfer of order data, and a more consistent basis for financial and BI reporting.

Solution: CONSENSO built a reusable Odoo base configuration for the international trading entities and rolled it out first to ORIS USA, replacing QuickBooks and Rapid Inventory. An interface passes delivery data from ProConcept in Switzerland into Odoo as purchase orders, goods receipts are confirmed locally with barcode and serial-number handling, and FedEx and UPS are connected for shipping.

Results: The US entity now runs accounting, purchasing, inventory and shipping on one platform, with less manual purchase-order entry and a standardised base for further country rollouts. CRM and a B2B partner portal are named as next steps.

Solution: CONSENSO consolidated the companies into one multi-company Odoo environment covering lead to quote to scheduled job, with custom skill matching for assignment and a purpose-built mobile app showing each employee their work plan, address and checklists, recording start and stop times with a location check, capturing materials used, and supporting a digital work report the customer can sign. Recurring services are handled as Odoo subscriptions.

Results: The group companies share one data base with fewer duplicate customer records, an end-to-end process from acquisition to completed job, and digital time and service capture in the field. No quantified savings are published.

Solution: CONSENSO took over the existing Odoo environment, set up subscription management as the basis for recurring-revenue reporting, and migrated Swiss payroll from the custom development to a Swissdec-certified Odoo payroll solution. Odoo runs on infrastructure owned by OneDoc with support access controlled via VPN and additional security measures.

Results: Subscriptions, finance and HR processes sit on one platform with recurring-revenue reporting derived from Odoo subscription data, and dependence on the legacy payroll customisation is reduced. The medical booking platform itself remains a separate OneDoc system.
