Solution: Cloudunify rolled Odoo out in stages on a single instance rather than a big bang: sales, purchasing, inventory and basic production first, then Odoo accounting with DACH compliance plus a bidirectional bridge to the Translogica freight-planning system, then a helpdesk process, and currently a multi-company Swiss entity with its own chart of accounts and CHF pricing.

Results: Sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, customer service and freight planning now run on one platform across two country entities, with shared master data rather than duplicated records per company. The Swiss rollout is still in progress.

Solution: Cloudunify moved the processes onto a single Odoo platform in waves: first CRM and sales, then purchasing with framework agreements and subcontracting, then manufacturing with multi-level BOMs, PLM version control and quality checks embedded in production orders, followed by accounting and document management.

Results: Sales, production and finance now work from one data set, which the partner describes as increasing transparency and controllability of manufacturing and supply processes. Phase 1 core processes are in production; website, support and full accounting are named as next steps.

Solution: Cloudunify centralised the end-to-end service process in Odoo, covering ticketing, mobile field-service documentation and shared customer, spare-part and order data. A second phase added AI-assisted routing in which two LLMs generate plan variants that code scores against an OpenStreetMap routing matrix before a dispatcher selects one.

Results: The partner reports lower internal planning effort, more even technician utilisation and optimised routes, with recurring AI costs stated as under EUR 100 per month. No before-and-after figures for empty mileage or response time are published.

Solution: Cloudunify configured Odoo for the municipality and its separately run senior centre as a multi-entity setup, with a Swiss chart of accounts, VAT, standard payment traffic and QR invoicing in place from the start, plus digital invoice intake and document management.

Results: The municipality and the senior centre share master data on one platform, accounting meets Swiss requirements, and the partner reports a lower learning curve for staff than the previous public-sector software. No cost or time savings figures are published.
