Solution: Apik deployed Odoo across purchasing, sales, logistics, accounting and quality, working with integrator Ventortech and installing an off-the-shelf PrestaShop connector that lets users map customers and products themselves.

Results: Apik project lead Boris Laforge states the project came in 23 days below the day count estimated at audit, and the customer reports task automation, improved order tracking and better data visibility. Apik publishes customer ratings of 8/10 each for responsiveness, expertise and approachability.

Solution: Apik ran functional workshops by business flow, tested custom developments, trained users and staged the go-live, covering purchasing and supplier payment, sales contracts and export flows, stock traceability and container management, quality and sanitary alerts, and accounting with stock valuation.

Results: The first two lots went live on 30 September and 31 December 2019 with a third in progress. The customer cites project-management rigour and local accessibility; no cost or efficiency figures are published.

Solution: Apik ran a questionnaire-based express scoping audit completed in 10 days, then deployed core sales, purchasing, accounting and inventory modules with one specific development for serial-number management.

Results: The system went into production two weeks after project launch, on the mid-November date planned. Apik notes the customer needs more post-go-live support than average and is now working toward autonomy.
