Solution: Agitech implemented a dual Odoo CRM for supply and demand alongside Sales, Accounting, Project Management and Surveys, plus a custom API integration automatically syncing contacts between the Umbraco CMS and the Odoo database, delivered over 2 months by a 2-person team logging 200 hours for the 11-employee company.

Results: The integration centralized data management and streamlined information exchange between the Umbraco events platform and Odoo, eliminating the prior manual Excel-based ticket tracking process.

Solution: Agitech rebuilt Fernatech's Odoo setup across Sales, Field Service, Timesheets, Accounting, Projects, Website and Subscriptions, adding a Stripe on-site payment terminal integration and custom quote/invoice line-item visibility controls, over a 3-month, 150-hour engagement for the 6-employee firm.

Results: The rebuild automated subscription management with automatic contract generation and recurring invoicing, synced Stripe terminal payments directly to accounting, and centralized sales, billing, field service and client management in one system.

Solution: Agitech deployed Odoo Accounting and Financial Management with budgeting and reporting, an HR module for centralized payroll and leave management, Expense Management with approval workflows, a custom Contract Management application, a KPI dashboard, and Helpdesk, Signature and Notification tools, delivered over 4 months by a 4-person team logging 400 hours for the 17-person organization.

Results: The rollout centralized invoicing, financial reporting, HR and leave management, expense approvals and contract tracking into a single Odoo system, replacing the prior spread of Excel, Expensify and Outlook-based processes.
