Jobvite is a cloud-based applicant tracking system (ATS) and talent acquisition suite, part of the Evolve Talent Acquisition Suite sold under the Employ Inc. umbrella brand. The product traces back to ForumJobs Inc., founded in 2003 and renamed Jobvite in 2006. K1 Investment Management invested over $200 million in 2019, funding acquisitions of Talemetry, RolePoint and Canvas, and in April 2021 K1 merged Jobvite with JazzHR and NXTThing RPO under Employ Inc.'s unified leadership; Employ later added Lever to its brand portfolio. Jobvite targets high-growth and established mid-sized and enterprise organizations managing high-volume hiring across industries such as healthcare, retail, manufacturing, financial services, technology and professional services.

The core ATS provides configurable hiring workflows by department, location and role, centralized candidate profiles, AI-based candidate-job matching (Talent Fit) and bias-mitigation tooling (Bias Blocker), alongside video screening, an AI Interview Companion, native eSignature for offers, and real-time recruiting analytics. Beyond the ATS, the Evolve suite is sold as modular add-ons: recruitment marketing, branded career sites, Source & CRM talent pooling, Job Broadcast distribution, candidate messaging, employee referrals, internal mobility, onboarding and DE&I tooling, so customers can start with the core ATS and add modules as needed.

Jobvite's integration marketplace lists connectors across HRIS/HCM (ADP, UKG, BambooHR, Namely, HiBob), job distribution (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor), background screening (HireRight, First Advantage, Cisive, Accurate Background), assessments (HackerRank, Codility, Criteria), and lists Infor under a dedicated ERP integration category and Oracle among its AI/technology partners. Employ's security program for Jobvite is SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO/IEC 27001 certified, completes the Cloud Security Alliance CAIQ, and supports GDPR and CCPA compliance requirements.
