Overview

Jet Reports is an Excel-based financial and operational reporting add-in built by insightsoftware for organizations running Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics NAV, or Dynamics 365 Business Central. It connects live to ERP data from inside Excel, letting finance teams build, refresh, and drill down into reports using spreadsheet skills they already have, instead of exporting data or waiting on IT-built reports.

The product ships 100+ pre-built report templates for statements such as income, balance sheet, and cash flow, and supports multi-company/multi-entity consolidation in a single report. insightsoftware's Lineos AI layer adds Report Assist, which generates multi-table reports (with joins, filters, and formatting) from natural-language prompts, alongside Data Assist for surfacing trends and anomalies and Doc Assist for document analysis. A companion cloud service, Reports Center, gives teams a web portal to schedule, distribute, and review reports from anywhere, including mobile browsers, and can embed Power BI dashboards alongside Jet's own financial reports; a browser-based Excel Online plugin lets users run reports without installing desktop Excel.
