Overview
Scoro is a cloud-based professional services automation (PSA) platform that combines project management, resource planning, quoting/budgeting, time tracking, and invoicing in a single system aimed at consultancies, creative and marketing agencies, architecture and engineering firms, software development and IT services teams, and event management businesses. It positions itself as a quote-to-cash system of record for services firms rather than a bolt-on to an ERP, with an AI assistant called ELI built into the platform for natural-language queries and automated actions.
The product is organized around a quote-to-cash workflow: proposals are built with an estimation matrix that breaks deliverables down by role and effort, projects are tracked against that budget in real time, billable and non-billable time is logged per task, and invoices are generated and sent from the same project data. Resource planning tools forecast team capacity and utilization, and reporting/dashboards surface profitability by project, service line, and role.
Scoro was founded in 2013 in Tallinn, Estonia, and is now headquartered in London, with additional offices in Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius, and New York. It reports serving more than 1,000 professional services companies worldwide and has raised venture funding including a 2021 Series B round. In January 2026 Scoro acquired Envoice, an Estonian AI-driven expense and bill management company, and now offers Envoice as its expense-management integration.
