Overview
SAP Signavio Process Intelligence is SAP's process mining and process analytics product, part of the SAP Signavio suite that SAP acquired in 2021. It connects directly to SAP transactional systems (including SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC) as well as non-SAP systems to reconstruct end-to-end process flows -- such as lead-to-cash, source-to-pay and record-to-report -- from actual event-log data, rather than from process documentation or assumptions.
The product is split into a Base tier, aimed at getting customers to first insights within about 24 hours of connecting an SAP system, and an Advanced tier that adds AI-assisted root-cause analysis, a purpose-built query language (SIGNAL) for custom investigations, cross-process dependency detection, and 'Process Atoms' -- reusable, shareable units of process logic for consistent conformance checks. Both tiers ship with preconfigured process flows, performance metrics, and industry benchmarks so customers do not have to model processes from scratch.
