Clover is an all-in-one point-of-sale (POS) hardware, software and payments platform owned and operated by Fiserv, aimed at small and mid-sized retail, restaurant, and service businesses. The system pairs Android-based countertop, handheld and mobile devices (Station Solo, Station Duo, Mini, Flex, Compact and Go) with a cloud-hosted software layer covering payments, ordering, inventory, employee management, customer engagement and reporting, all accessible from a web-based Clover Dashboard.
Merchants choose a hardware device and a software plan (tiers such as Starter and Retail Growth for retail, or Counter Service and Table Service for restaurants), then extend the system through the Clover App Market, a curated third-party marketplace covering accounting, payroll, marketing, loyalty and inventory apps. Clover itself ships built-in modules for payments, promotions, customer feedback, loyalty rewards, time-slot discounts, dining/table management, time clock and a customer directory.
