Overview
Erply is a cloud-based retail point-of-sale platform covering checkout, inventory and warehouse management, order management, customer loyalty and reporting for single-store, multi-location and franchise retailers. The company was founded in Tallinn, Estonia in 2009 and now operates its headquarters out of Bonita Springs, Florida, with additional offices across seven countries.
The core Erply product works online and offline across desktops, tablets, Android devices and dedicated POS hardware, syncing transaction data back to the account in real time once connectivity is restored. Around the POS sit real-time inventory tracking across locations, warehouse-management workflows, order management that unifies in-store and online orders, and a retail CRM combining purchase history with loyalty programs. Erply also offers an App Maker platform for building custom workflow extensions on top of the core system.
