Overview
Neon CRM is a cloud-based constituent relationship management platform built by Neon One for small and midsize nonprofits in the United States and Canada. It centralises donor management, fundraising campaigns, communications, payments and reporting in a single system, targeting organisations that are graduating from spreadsheets or a patchwork of disconnected point tools.
The core CRM ships with donor profiles, unlimited custom forms, campaign and grant tracking, email and text messaging, peer-to-peer fundraising, and 50+ pre-built reports, all billed on a single revenue-based subscription with unlimited users, contacts and records. Nonprofits that need more can attach optional Memberships, Events and Volunteers modules, each priced as a percentage add-on to the base CRM fee rather than a separate contract.
Neon CRM is part of the wider Neon One suite (formed in 2018 from four nonprofit-technology companies, including the original NeonCRM product) alongside Neon Websites, Neon Pay, Neon Fundraise and Arts People. Payments run through Neon Pay, the platform's built-in processor, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant and includes a free PCI compliance program with data breach coverage for customers.
