Vantage Point EDI, from Data Masons, is a turnkey EDI and XML integration platform built to deliver end-to-end EDI for ERP systems — most notably Microsoft Dynamics — without requiring customizations to the ERP itself. Its core design principle is to keep EDI logic in a dedicated layer so that companies avoid disruptive and costly ERP modifications while still achieving deep, integrated document processing.
The platform provides an all-in-one EDI processing environment with management-by-exception workflows, supporting a large library of integrated documents and trading-partner specifications. Data Masons reported support for over 60 integrated documents and thousands of trading-partner document configurations, and the solution runs in cloud or on-premise environments with predictable ownership costs. It was certified for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365, and was the first dedicated EDI/eCommerce integration solution listed on Microsoft AppSource.
Data Masons was a specialist EDI vendor focused on the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem (with SAP support as well). It was acquired by SPS Commerce in December 2020, and its Dynamics-focused EDI capabilities have since been folded into the SPS Commerce portfolio.
