Oracle Aconex is a cloud-based common data environment (CDE) for the construction and engineering industry, used to manage project documents, correspondence, workflows and BIM models across owners, contractors, subcontractors, architects and engineers on capital projects. It captures every document, transmittal, and decision in a single, unalterable project record, giving all parties on a project a shared, connected view of information.

In April 2026 Oracle added new Document Process capabilities for integrated comment management during collaborative review, and a structured Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) feature for quality management traceability.
