Jonas Construction Software is an all-in-one construction ERP and accounting platform built for mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other specialty and service contractors. Rather than bolting onto a third-party ERP, Jonas is itself the system of record: it combines general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and job costing with project management and service management in a single database, so field and back-office teams work from the same real-time data.

The platform is organized around four pillars: accounting, project management, service management, and operations/reporting. On the accounting side it handles multi-company general ledger, AP/AR, U.S. and Canadian payroll (posted directly to job cost and GL), bank reconciliation, and work-in-progress (WIP) reporting built for construction financial workflows. On the project side it covers change orders, RFIs, submittals and transmittals, project scheduling, daily logs, document management, and drawing control. Service-oriented contractors also get work order management, dispatch scheduling, preventative maintenance contracts, and a client service portal.
