Challenge: Hochland SE, among the largest privately held cheese producers in Europe with EUR 2.25 billion turnover in 2023 and more than 6,100 employees, had worked with SAP ERP software for 25 years and accumulated a system and process landscape full of in-house developments and stand-alone solutions. It needed an internationally harmonised, standardised platform to support digitalisation across its European, Australian and US locations.
