Solution: CONSILIO implemented SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud on a clean-core approach, replacing the standalone systems and spreadsheets with end-to-end processes across FI general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payments and asset accounting under IFRS, CO overhead controlling with projects, MM purchase requisitions through invoice verification, inventory and stocktaking, and SD quotation through billing. Extensions were placed on SAP BTP, with SAP Cloud ALM, Cloud Identity Services and Central Business Configuration in scope.

Results: CONSILIO records a go-live within six months using more than 45 SAP Best Practices, documented and harmonised processes from purchasing to customer invoicing, automated approval workflows for purchase and sales orders, and serial-number tracking. A second phase is to add further best-practice processes and roll the system out to additional countries and sites.

Solution: CONSILIO, which had supported the 2022 S/4HANA greenfield implementation at TRATON, ran parallel stream leads to keep planning flexible under the deadline. The existing template was rolled out with minimal scope extension, the Project System module was introduced for R&D controlling, self-service procurement and purchasing processes from three legacy systems were unified including goods receipt, and SAP Cloud ALM was introduced. CONSILIO also owned master and transactional data migration, key-user training and cutover communication.

Results: Three new national companies were established in the existing S/4HANA system at their founding date, with affected data and processes carved out of the legacy systems and uniform processes introduced for 10,000 users. R&D project controlling runs with an external project controlling platform.

Solution: CONSILIO ran a brownfield conversion of the SAP ECC system into the SAP S/4HANA RISE private cloud environment, keeping existing add-ons and business processes and changing only what S/4HANA required. The partner acted mainly as a coach: it guided the custom code conversion, removed developments no longer needed and worked through the relevant Simplification Items.

Results: CONSILIO reports production running without restriction after go-live across 19 sites and 560 users, one day of downtime, unified FI/CO data structures, access to SAP updates and innovations, and long-term maintainability. The coaching approach was intended to build internal knowledge for running the S/4HANA landscape.

Solution: CONSILIO ran a mixed strategy: a brownfield conversion of SAP ECC to S/4HANA covering finance, controlling and warehouse processes, a greenfield EWM implementation, a redesign of SD processes, and conversion of MM and QM. Business Partner functionality was introduced and processes were returned to SAP standard where that was straightforward. The project used SAP Activate as tailored by CONSILIO, with three test conversions in sandbox, development and QA before go-live.

Results: COUNT+CARE moved from SAP ECC to S/4HANA with EWM in place, a new roles and authorisation concept, consignment handling, and a mobile collection app that replaced manual tool withdrawals with automatic posting in S/4HANA. Optimisation potential was documented rather than implemented, and Fiori adoption remains partial, with selected apps in finance, EWM and the warehouse.
