Solution: Archer Solutions implemented Odoo covering real estate sales, CRM and broker management, contracts, NPV payment plans, accounting and invoicing, after-sales and HR. Because the company was newly established the project did not require heavy historical migration; Archer entered project units, configured workflows, and ran a single complete go-live.

Results: The company began operations on one ERP environment rather than adopting it after years of manual work. Contract and payment-plan management, broker visibility, after-sales readiness and HR run in the same platform, sized for 45 users and structured to extend to later projects.

Solution: Archer Solutions built an Odoo real estate environment covering sales, contract generation, brokerage, after-sales, handover, accounting and invoicing, and management reporting. Delivery ran through departmental workshops, workflow design, data migration for customers, units, contracts, payment schedules and balances, then a department-by-department go-live.

Results: Key real estate operations and reporting moved off Excel into one system, with one reporting source across sales, contracts, accounting and after-sales data. Management reporting spans 5 real estate projects, on a footprint of 100 users.

NPV calculation was built into payment plans, and the multi-company structure was reflected in the ERP design.

Results: The partner reports better coordination between sales and finance across contracts, payment plans, collections and accounting, plus multi-company governance across entities with different shareholders. Residential, administrative, commercial and hotel-related unit types are managed through structured workflows, with construction operations connected to development reporting.
