Overview

Extensiv Order Manager is a multichannel order and inventory management product from Extensiv, a warehouse and fulfillment technology company formed from the 2006-founded 3PL Central and its acquisitions of Skubana, Scout and CartRover. Order Manager originated as Skubana, which 3PL Central acquired in April 2021, before the combined businesses were unified under the Extensiv brand.

The product centralizes order processing, inventory sync and demand forecasting across 100+ shopping carts and marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Wayfair, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and BigCommerce, and supports Amazon FBA and Walmart Fulfillment Services. Rules-based automation ("orderbots") lets sellers apply logic such as assigning shipping methods by order weight or splitting line items based on stock availability. Reporting covers FIFO costing, SKU-level profitability and cost-of-goods-sold tracking.

ERP and accounting connectivity runs through the related Extensiv Integration Manager product, which connects Order Manager to NetSuite (as both an order source and destination) and to hundreds of other order sources and thousands of order destinations, including warehouse and order management systems and 3PLs.
