Overview

Praxedo is a cloud-based field service management (FSM) platform that coordinates work between office planners, field technicians and customers. It combines a web application for scheduling and dispatch, a mobile app for technicians, and a customer portal for appointment tracking and notifications.

The platform's SmartScheduler and Advanced Scheduling modules use AI-assisted, dynamic routing to assign jobs to the best-qualified technician based on skills, travel time and customer availability, and to re-optimize routes in real time as jobs change. Technicians use the mobile app offline in the field to view work orders, capture signatures, photos and digital forms, then sync data back to the office once connectivity resumes.

Praxedo reports roughly 20 years in the market, about 1,500 customers and 65,000 daily users managing around 150,000 jobs a day, with target industries including telecommunications, energy and utilities, HVAC and refrigeration, plumbing, and property/facility management. The company connects to back-office ERP, CRM and accounting systems through prebuilt connectors and open SOAP/REST APIs so that customer, site, inventory and service-order data can flow between Praxedo and systems such as SAP, Sage, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Oracle NetSuite.

What ERP and accounting systems does Praxedo connect to?

Praxedo offers prebuilt connectors for Sage X3, Sage 100, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Oracle NetSuite and QuickBooks, plus SOAP and REST APIs for building custom integrations with other systems.

How is Praxedo priced?
