Overview
NetSuite CPQ is a configure-price-quote application that runs natively inside Oracle NetSuite. It originated as Verenia's NetSuite CPQ, which Oracle acquired in early 2022 to give NetSuite customers native guided selling and quoting; Verenia retained its non-NetSuite CPQ and CRM product lines. Because it is built directly on NetSuite and hosted on Oracle Cloud, no third-party integration is required and quoting works with NetSuite's order, inventory, and finance data out of the box.
The product is custom-built for manufacturing and distribution use cases. A signature capability is dynamic BOM and routing generation: rather than predefining bills of materials and routings for thousands of possible configurations, NetSuite CPQ auto-generates dynamic BOMs and routings from built-in business logic as products are configured. It also offers 3D product visualization, guided selling, and automated proposal generation to speed the sales process.
NetSuite CPQ targets NetSuite customers, particularly manufacturers and distributors, that want configuration, pricing, and quoting fully embedded in their ERP without maintaining a separate CPQ system or integration layer.
