Overview
Agiloft is a no-code contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform, positioned as a "Data-first Agreement Platform," that helps legal, procurement, sales and other teams manage contracts from request and drafting through negotiation, signature and post-signature obligation tracking. It centralizes contracts in a searchable repository, applies pre-approved templates and clause libraries, and automates approval routing, milestone tracking and renewal alerts.
The platform is built on a no-code engine that lets business users configure workflows, forms and reports without developer involvement. Agiloft has recently added Astra, an AI contract intelligence layer for clause extraction, risk flagging and contract review/negotiation assistance, plus a natural-language search assistant (ConvoAI) in some tiers.
Agiloft connects to enterprise systems through an Integration Hub built on pre-built "recipes" that the vendor says can reach more than 1,000 business applications, including native/pre-built connections to Salesforce, SAP and NetSuite, plus e-signature integrations with DocuSign and Adobe Sign, and connectivity to Slack and Microsoft Teams. It is distributed as an app on Salesforce AppExchange.
