TeamMate+ is the internal audit and GRC software suite published by Wolters Kluwer under its TeamMate brand, part of the companys Compliance & ESG division. The suite covers the full audit lifecycle -- annual planning, individual audit engagements, fieldwork and workpapers, issue tracking, and reporting -- through a family of related products: TeamMate+ Audit, TeamMate+ Agile Audit, TeamMate Analytics, TeamMate+ Controls, and TeamMate+ ESG.
TeamMate+ Audit provides risk-based planning, configurable workflow phases, electronic workpapers with an audit trail, issue and recommendation management, real-time dashboards, and AI-assisted drafting through a TeamMate+ AI Editor. Wolters Kluwer has continued to extend the platform with capabilities such as Multi-Year Audit Planning and a Business Rules Engine, and supports project creation via APIs from third-party tools.
