Oracle Risk Management Cloud

Oracle Risk Management Cloud, marketed by Oracle as Risk Management and Compliance, is a governance, risk and compliance application built natively into Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. It combines financial reporting compliance (SOX-style controls documentation), access governance (separation-of-duties monitoring, role certification), and AI-driven transaction monitoring in one application, operating on what Oracle describes as a security graph connecting people, configuration changes and transactions across Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.

Its Advanced Controls capability uses more than 300 prebuilt algorithms to review millions of actual transactions in real time across processes such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report and hire-to-retire, surfacing fraud, policy breaches and errors rather than relying on access reviews alone. Financial Reporting Compliance lets teams document processes, risks and controls, route them for review and approval, and run assessments and surveys, drawing on more than 28,000 business data points Oracle maps to ICFR and cybersecurity frameworks. Advanced Access Requests and Access Certification manage ERP role-assignment requests and periodic certification campaigns.

Oracle has layered agentic AI on top of the suite: a Cybersecurity Command Center, introduced in Controlled Availability with the Fusion Cloud 26C release, runs six sequential AI agents that summarize the highest-priority access and transaction risks, flag separation-of-duties violations before a role is provisioned, and recommend remediation actions through a natural-language search interface. Because the product is native to Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle positions it as requiring no data exports or third-party connectors to monitor Oracle ERP activity. Oracle names Meta, Chipotle, DHL, Dropbox, T-Mobile, Americold, TTX, Six Flags, Skechers, Teladoc Health, MTN and Warby Parker among its customers.
