Overview
Zoho Expense is the travel and expense management application within the broader Zoho business software suite. It provides receipt autoscan, expense reporting, mileage tracking, corporate card reconciliation, travel requests, per diem automation and multi-level approvals, targeting small businesses through enterprises.
The product automatically captures receipts via OCR autoscan, classifies and reconciles corporate card transactions in real time using a reconciliation engine, and flags discrepancies against company policy. Mileage can be tracked via GPS, map locations or odometer readings and converted into expenses, while per diem rates and approval hierarchies are configurable.
Zoho Expense is known for accessible pricing, including a free plan for up to three users, and tight integration with other Zoho apps (Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics) as well as external accounting and ERP systems. It supports multi-currency, multiple languages and global tax/per diem requirements.
