Overview

For ecommerce and marketplaces, the connector lets teams manage product details, pricing, and inventory in NetSuite while receiving orders and customer information from the connected channel; as orders are fulfilled and shipped, status updates flow back to the channel, and settlement reports, refunds, returns, and cancellations are processed automatically. For logistics, it exports orders to 3PLs and syncs fulfillment data back, supporting partial fulfillments, multiple packages, and inventory adjustments and transfer orders.
