Overview

inSitu Sales is a mobile-first field sales and route accounting platform built for small-to-medium wholesale distributors, covering direct store delivery (DSD), pre-sales, warehouse picking and last-mile dispatch. It started as a small development team focused on simplifying the sales process for wholesale distributors and has since expanded into a suite of connected apps.

The platform is organised around four mobile apps: a Field Sales rep app for order-taking and invoicing with real-time inventory and custom pricing, a Route Accounting/DSD app with mobile invoice printing, GPS rep tracking and proof-of-delivery signature capture, an Inventory/warehouse picking app for order fulfillment, and a Dispatch app for route optimisation. A white-label B2B e-commerce portal sits alongside these for customer self-service ordering.

inSitu Sales syncs two-way with accounting and ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP Business One, Odoo, Epicor and others) so sales orders, invoices, pricing and inventory stay current between the field and the back office, and it supports integrated payment processing through Authorize.net and Stripe. Customers span food & beverage, tobacco and automotive parts distribution.
