Solution: OneSource Virtual took on Workday-native payroll and tax processing with proactive monitoring and alerts on tax discrepancies, later extended to garnishments and employment verification. Greenix also adopted earned wage access for employees.

Results: The company reports over $30,000 in annual savings from improved payroll tax compliance and fewer fees and penalties, plus reduced errors and enough internal capacity to plan for a dedicated payroll manager hire.

Solution: OneSource Virtual provided end-to-end benefits administration including Workday benefits module configuration, a dedicated benefits service centre, COBRA administration, dependent audit management and multilingual employee support. The service pod was scaled for open enrolment, call volume was monitored three times daily and weekend hours were opened.

Results: 99% of employees completed their benefits enrolment event in the 2024 open enrolment. The account team is described by the customer as indistinguishable from internal benefits staff.
