Solution: Nighthawk evaluated several ERP platforms and selected NetSuite, working with BTM Global to implement it. BTM configured all 16 manufacturing steps in NetSuite, replacing the spreadsheets used to track operations. The company runs Advanced Manufacturing, Work Orders and Assemblies, and WIP and Routings, and planned to extend into payroll and a third-party billing app.

Results: Account managers can look up work orders, see where pistols sit in production and give customers accurate lead times, replacing clipboards and spreadsheets. Nighthawk can review the time and effort spent on each pistol and schedule builds against available parts and components. Data that previously sat in siloed departmental folders is held in a single database.

Solution: The retailer selected NetSuite ERP to connect financial, ecommerce, point-of-sale and warehouse data, with SuiteCommerce for online operations and SuiteCommerce InStore to link digital and physical channels. BTM Global led the implementation and managed third-party vendors covering mobile inventory management, website security and personalization.

Results: BTM built a SuiteCommerce site for each of the three lines of business, all running on NetSuite, so online and in-store transactions flow into one platform. Accounting staff gained a central data repository and access to preconfigured and custom reports. Go-live occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic and much of the planning and training was delivered remotely.

Solution: Horizon replaced Sage with NetSuite, and BTM Global led the implementation and integration. Work included configuring the SuiteSuccess Manufacturing Standard Cloud Service SKU, full static and transactional data migration, customizations for hazardous material handling, journal entry uploads for payroll and depreciation, a third-party credit card processor integration, and onboarding of acquired companies.

Results: Invoices are now sent in bulk rather than clicked individually for more than 100 invoices a day, and keystrokes related to hazardous material tracking and reporting fell by about 70%. Commissions are calculated with custom workflow logic and visible to reps in real time, and tax rates calculate from the shipping address. BTM migrated data for three acquisitions and Horizon moved onto SuiteBoost managed services.

Solution: BTM Global led the NetSuite SuiteSuccess Manufacturing implementation, including full data migration, a landed-cost customization for duties and freight, EDI work, and a Celigo integration to the company's Shopify stores. The partner also trained staff on order-to-cash, financials, procure-to-pay and inventory processes.

Results: Order validation and downstream processing were automated, invoices moved from manual entry to bulk processing, and royalty and commission calculations were handled through saved searches. Direct bank feeds replaced CSV credit card uploads, which the finance director said saved about two days of work per month across two people. YouCopia subsequently moved onto BTM's SuiteBoost managed services.
