Solution: NetSuite was rolled out across three group companies (DotDot Global, Aimee IoT, LoYou Digital) and integrated with the group's internal ordering systems to automate revenue allocation and recognition under fair-value rules, with consolidated reporting and BI dashboards on top.

Results: IFRS 15 processing runs with less manual intervention, and management works from real-time group dashboards and consolidated financial statements covering more than 50 million cumulative orders and over 15 billion TWD in transaction value.

Solution: Advanced TEK implemented NetSuite ERP to run all sales channels in one system, with revenue and cost recognition tied to project completion percentage or actual shipment, commission calculation covering roughly 30 internal bonus types plus external designer commissions, and integration with Salesforce CRM and a WMS.

Results: Accounting for the different sales models now runs in a single system, commission information and process controls are available in real time, and cross-system integration reduced manual intervention.

Solution: The group implemented NetSuite cloud ERP in 2020 for the finance, inventory and procurement processes of Wanda Pet and Taiwan Four Seasons, alongside a customised POS system, and built a data platform connecting NetSuite, POS and e-commerce systems for real-time data sharing.

Results: Inventory and financial information is accurate and available in real time across systems, financial data meets the compliance and timeliness demands of the IPO effort, and the cloud infrastructure reduced server and database maintenance while supporting continued expansion.
