Solution: The four companies were merged into Lantmannen Biorefineries AB, business processes were harmonised, Infor M3 was unified across the group and then migrated to cloud-based Infor CloudSuite, with customised support for production, logistics and quality processes plus centralised data collection and ongoing managed services.

Results: The merger produced a unified cloud platform enabling smarter, more consistent, data-driven operations, reduced duplicated work through centralisation, and established a foundation for future AI and automation initiatives.

Solution: Elvenite implemented Infor M3 CloudSuite using an agile methodology run in three-week sprints, integrating it with Medius, Logiq, e-commerce, CRM, BI and carrier systems, and executing a carefully planned cutover phase.

Results: The implementation standardised working methods and reduced variability, improved process visibility and control, decreased manual work and lead times, improved data quality for decision-making, optimised inventory management, and automated workflows that had previously required duplicate effort.
