Overview
Acumatica Warehouse Management is the native WMS capability built into the Acumatica Cloud ERP, primarily delivered as part of the Distribution and Warehouse Management editions. It runs inside the same platform as financials, purchasing and sales, so warehouse transactions update inventory in real time without a separate system.
The solution is designed around mobile devices and barcode scanners: workers scan locations and items throughout the pick, pack and ship process to validate accuracy and update stock instantly, with audible and visual warnings when an incorrect or excess item is scanned. It supports guided single-order picking, wave picking, batch picking and zone picking, optimized pick paths, and serial- and lot-number capture printed on pick lists and packing slips.
Acumatica supports standard Android and iOS devices with barcode scanning, and offers smart-scan sheets so workers can drive the system from a phone or tablet.
