Overview
GTreasury is a treasury and risk management system providing corporate treasury teams with cash visibility, forecasting, payments, and risk management capabilities. With a heritage of more than 40 years, it serves mid-market and enterprise organisations across a range of industries.
The platform connects to banks and ERP systems to consolidate balances and transactions, automate reconciliation and payments, and support debt, investment, derivatives and hedging workflows. GTreasury has expanded through acquisitions, including SolveXia for reconciliation and regulatory reporting automation.
In October 2025 Ripple announced an agreement to acquire GTreasury for approximately $1 billion, and has since introduced native digital-asset capabilities (holding and managing XRP and RLUSD alongside fiat) within the platform.
